I know it’s a lot of pix of the same thing, but I just love the looks of ecstatic joy on their faces.

I’m trying to help a friend who asks: What Is It??? A friend bought this at a yardsale, and so far no one we know can figure out what it’s for, either in the crafting world or in the woodworking world. Anybody, anybody?
