Chunguita received the pink hat for Christmas. She only got one big straw hat, so, of course, she and Pulguito were fighting over it. I got down one of Abuela’s old hats, and everyone was happy. By the way, I made Pulguito’s jacket.

I just bought another sewing machine. I really wanted the needle punch foot for one of my Berninas. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work with either the 1001 or the 180E. So I bought an Activa 125 to go with my new foot. Am I sick or what?

Although we were reluctant to do it, we decided that Pulguito’s hair was too unruly. I made an appointment for both kids to get their hair cut by my hairdresser on Christmas Eve. I had no idea how Pulguito would react, but Chunguita had a fit the last time we went. I almost couldn’t get [...]

I’m nursing Pulguito this morning. Chunguita runs up and asks, “Can Pulguito come with me after he’s done milking you?”

I successfully resisted. EOS has some really cool knits, and I didn’t buy. I think my medication is working. I’m not so depressed now, and I don’t compulsively shop for fabric.

I climbed stairs for 25 minutes today.
