Mace Windu fights with a measured, minimalist style that is incredibly effective. The nature of the lightsaber means that his light movements optimize his ability to deflect blasters or best foes who try to overpower him with aggressive, wild moves. He is able to do what he must in a fight without loosing his cool or getting out of control.
