  1. tally sheet of negative thoughts, only need a small period of time, 1 day is fine.
  2. Walk, every day, no minimum time req’d. (Tuesday – check, Wednesday – check)
  3. 4 meals/day
  4. Pack Thought Record forms for vacation.
