My latest t-shirt has a neckline bound with fold-over elastic (FOE). I’m really liking this binding style. It’s so easy. I don’t measure anything. Stretching the FOE as I go, I apply it to the neckline; I do stretch it tighter around the tight curve at the bottom of the neckline. When I return to centerback, that’s it. Very easy.

I think it comes out looking really nice.
