I plan on celebrating, but I’m going to put some thought into it and plan my celebration out. I don’t eat very much candy these days. I used to binge on candy, and when I tried to give up simple carbs, recently, I started binging on it again. However, since I’m in a pretty good place, eating disorder wise, I’m going to give this a try.

Nutritional content of some candies. My non-ED influenced opinion is that one should indulge sensibly and not worry about nutrition. ED says that I should be aware of everything that I put in my body.
