Neighbors post speeders on YouTube Livermore is a cut thru for people who work in Silicon Valley and live in the Central Valley and are trying to avoid the congestion on I580. It’s been a problem for a very long time. I was hoping that once we got 84 off of First Street that it would become too painful to cut thru Livermore. Alas, that is not so.
