Pulguito’s Sauce

My son likes to cook. When I am in a good mood, not tired, and have plenty of time, I always ask the kids if they want to help me make whatever delicious creation is currently slated for production. Chunguita always says no, but more often than not, Pulguito says yes.

Our tomatoes got a slow start this year, but the Costoluto tomato is producing well. I always say, “You can’t count on it being under 100° F/38° C until November.” So it is warm long into Fall, and we should be getting tomatoes for a while. Our Costolutos were grown from seed ordered from Territorial Seed Company. They have been fabulous.
